What You’ll Do:
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and internal teams
Manage calendars, schedule meetings and organize travel arrangements
Maintain office supplies, track expenses and process invoices
Support document preparation and basic data entry tasks
Help coordinate team events, trainings and client-facing workshops
