What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and internal teams

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings and organize travel arrangements

  • Maintain office supplies, track expenses and process invoices

  • Support document preparation and basic data entry tasks

  • Help coordinate team events, trainings and client-facing workshops
